Add Password Policy Permissions to a Proliance Role

To configure Proliance Password Policy settings, you must have Password Policy permissions assigned to one or more of your Proliance security roles.

For new Proliance Orgs, the Administrator security role has Password Policy permissions assigned by default. For existing Proliance Orgs, and all other Proliance roles in new Proliance Orgs, the Password Policy permissions must be assigned before users can access the Password Policy settings page. Once Password Policy rights have been assigned, users can navigate to the Password Policy page where they can view and modify Password Policy settings for all users of an organization.

Note: Password Policy configuration pages are not available if Custom Authentication is enabled.

To assign Password Policy management rights to a Proliance role

Users assigned to the role that has Password Policy enabled will now be able to view the Password Policy menu item located below Administration and Security in the left menu.
